Balance + Peak performance
In 2015 I started my fitness journey at Endeavour College on natural health in Sydney, Australia where I received 3 & 4 fitness certifications. In 2016 I moved to Austin, Texas. Shortly thereafter, I received my personal training, fitness nutrition specialist and corrective exercise science certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My training style combines elements of corrective exercise, body weight training, cardio and strength to help you reach your goals. My goal with this approach is to allow room for creativity and flexibility while leaving less room for repetitive workout routines. While leading these functional workouts, my focus for you is on balance, a strong core, performance, longevity and optimal posture.
Overall, I wish to help my clients feel better, have fewer injuries and be able to lead a lifestyle that will maintain a lean and healthy physique.
