Griffin Wooden is a personal trainer and endurance coach with over six years of experience training athletes of every level—from everyday clients building their first foundation of strength to high-performance runners chasing PRs and ultramarathon finishes.** As the founder of Goodpain Athletics, Griffin has coached hundreds of athletes through structured strength training, race preparation, and long-term durability work.
Griffin blends run-specific strength, mobility, functional conditioning, and evidence-based programming to help clients move better, feel stronger, and stay healthy. He has extensive hands-on experience working with runners, hybrid athletes, and individuals simply looking to improve their fitness, and he’s completed a 100-mile ultramarathon himself—bringing a level of credibility and empathy that resonates with athletes across the performance spectrum.
Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, returning from a setback, or preparing for a major race, Griffin brings a supportive, structured, and results-oriented approach to every session. His coaching philosophy is simple: build durable, confident athletes who perform well in the gym and even better in life.
